RO-ro Translation for WhatsApp Food

Installation: 1 - Move the file to the resources/lang folder
2 - Go to Settings> Localization and change the default language from English to Romanian.
3 -In the "List of languages available on the landing page" field, add the following settings: EN,English,FR,French,RO,Romanian, done that, save!
